The vision of the Carroll County School District’s Alternative Programs is to provide a premier, non-traditional learning environment for all students.

Mission Statements

The Online Campus’ mission is to provide diversified educational opportunities through asynchronous learning with support from a content facilitator to students seeking a non-traditional school option.

The Extended Day Program’s mission is to afford students desiring a more flexible learning environment an opportunity to complete their high school requirements with support from an on-campus facilitator. 

The GOAL Program’s mission is to offer an alternative educational program for students in grades 6-12 who have been identified as disruptive to the traditional school environment. This program is designed to provide focused academic, behavioral, and social skills support programs that enable students to successfully transition back to the regular school program and the community.
