"Giving Opportunities for Achievement and Learning"
The mission of the Carroll County School District and The GOAL Program is to provide a premier learning environment, placing students first through quality and excellence.
The GOAL Program Day School is an alternative educational program for students in grades 6-12 who have been removed from the traditional school setting for disciplinary reasons. This program is designed to provide focused academic, behavioral, and social skills support programs which enable students to successfully transition back to the regular school environment and the community.
The GOAL Program Non-Punitive Evening School serves as an alternative to the traditional school setting. This program seeks to ensure the success of students who may, for a variety of reasons, be unlikely to reach their potential in the regular school environment. The program is grounded in the uniqueness and inherent worth of the individual student; operating under the belief that every student possesses the ability to become a self-confident, independent learner.
